We want you to love your Hanky Panky pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unworn items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that for hygienic reasons, items must be in their original, unopened condition to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select your reason for return and download the prepaid shipping label provided by our system to ensure tracked delivery.
Package Your Items
Securely place the unworn items with original tags in the shipping box and affix the prepaid label to the outside of the package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
